  I took my family out after getting my new job! The dinner was good but I was really tired so it was just nice not cooking or having the wife cook. Our order was a little messed up but they fixed it to no charge to me. The waitress was good but needed to keep asking for things but maybe I was to tired. The Manager was very nice and said sorry for the problem and asked how the food was. Over all I'll go back. I have been to other restaurants that wouldn't even serve me after standing there for 30 mins but Ruby Tuesdays is good.

  One of the better large chain restaurants. The staff at the East Greenwich CT location is extremely friendly and personable. In particular I give kudos to the bartender/server Jon - excellent job!

  Terrible food, worse service. Had a horrible experience a month ago, decided to give it a 2nd chance and regret it. So many better dining options on Rte 2, not sure how this one stays open.
